RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Customers’ satisfaction is our main priority and because of that, we manage every request singularly.
If you are not satisfied, you may request to exchange the purchased product with any other item available on reamerei.com within 14 days from the date your order was delivered.
Alternatively, you may request to return the purchased product within 14 days from the date your order was delivered and we will issue the refund accordingly.
In both cases the items must be returned in their original conditions, must not be worn and/or washed, must have tags and original packaging.
Refunds will be set at the price you paid and not the price in the currency concerned at the date of refund.
Discounted and / or made-to-order products cannot be returned.
- Exchanges of the same product in a different size do not implicate any additional costs.
- In case you request an exchange with a product whose price is higher, we will charge you with the additional amount
- In case you request an exchange with a product whose price is lower, we will refund you the difference between the amounts
- Exchange cannot be processed for discounted and / or made-to-order accessories and products.
If the returned item or the one that the customer wants to exchange does not meet the above-mentioned criteria, the company has the right to decline the refund and/or the exchange with other products.
